I use a one terabyte external hard drive for backing up data … considerably. Why did this happen? Linux filesystems such as ext3 reserve a percentage of their capacity … out to be 50 GB! If you’ve got a large filesystem, or a filesystem which does not store your Linux

I want a new computer to run Linux on. I only have a few requirments, and at that I don’t think they are neccessarily that hard to fullfill, … be by Intel or ATI. It must all be supported by Linux. Finally, I’d like it cost no more than ~$600

I’ve long wanted a program to annotate PDFs under Ubuntu , but tried many options which all fell short in some way or another. Yet periodically I check to see if a new one has appeared and it seems my wishes have come true, though not through open source software. PDF-XChange Viewer is a Windows freeware (pro version available too)
