These days is a make sense to host your own site. Everyone usages offer the Microsoft operating system. However nowadays of course you can get Linux from any company you want. The most everyone prefers it. A lot of people who love the next will host their own site however this can be quite a bit work. When it comes to hostingI suggest you use a company that does this all day every day so you are guaranteed you may get excellent service and why worry about the hosting when you don’t have to. Linux at Home and at Work

I have to say that Linux is now my favorite operating system it let me tell you why. Mainly because I now use Linux everywhere. And what I mean is that in the past I just used it for my website. But recently with my boys I decided to buy multiple computers at each would have one. Instead of buying brand-new expensive computers I bought a couple use computers.

I then went ahead and installed Linux on every single one. So not only do I use that operating system on my GoDaddy hosting accounts instead of a Windows system but I now use it on all the home computers. Is interesting because in the past I would always use the command line to issue commands because it was a server that I would create a secure connection to them and talk to from a distance. But now I am using the interface which is a graphical interface I find it to be really simple and easy use.

I think is a great idea and everyone should consider it for their home computers because the operating system is free. There is even something called open office which works just like Excel word and PowerPoint. You can even open does applications and it is free also. The browser is amazing because you can use Firefox or another one into give you everything you need you can access the Internet create documents with whatever you would like.

What does free wordpres have an what does it not have? Let me be clear on what I mean by free and not free. The free version of wordpress is both hosted on their site and not hosted, in that you can download it. However if you go do wordpress and use it hosted on their site I consider that the completely free version. What is the non-free?

The non-free is actually a free download and free to use, however you ned to obtain your own hosting. Get your own hosting to be able to install the full version of wordpress and use godaddy hosting. The differnce is in the functionality and what you have access to. With the free version hosted at wordpress.com it is not fully featured, there are many things you cannot do and many of them are very important. So to take full advantage of wordpress you need to obtain your own hosting and host the downloaded version, install it, yourself. It is definitely worth it and recommended to put it on your own space.
